Looking for a versatile space for your next event? The Multi-Functional Room at Crank Studios spans 100 sqm and accommodates up to 100 people. Equipped with a PA system featuring Bluetooth connectivity, the space includes up to 90 chairs, 3 circle buffet tables, 8 4ft rectangle tables, a large wall mirror, adjustable blinds to control natural light, a built in projector and coloured and FX lighting. A portable bar is also available. Free storage facilities are available to secure equipment during sessions.
Ideal for parties, group classes, rehearsals, meetings, workshops, and various events, this flexible room supports a broad range of activities in a functional setting.
Prices & Availability
Our room hire is £30 p/hour, including VAT. Our minimum booking is 30 minutes. This is for DRY HIRE.
Our space is available to hire during the following hours:
For event bookings, such as parties, your booking should include an hour either side to cover set up, decorating, pack down and cleaning. Our staff will set up the bar, any furniture required and clean down the space once you have collected all your belongings and decor. A kids party usually needs 30 minutes either side, maybe an hour before if you're supplying your own buffet.
Deposit due upon securing booking (20% non-refundable) the rest of the balance 2 weeks before the day.

Cancellation policy
Standard 60 day notice period. Minimum 20% none refundable deposit required upon securing booking.
If paid for whole booking upfront: Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a 80% refund. Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
