Can I just book when I like?
You can book up to 30 days in advance and book as many as you like at once, but you must pay upon booking. We run a strict 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy on all independent bookings.
There is also the option to pay a monthly subscription fee to a fixed slot. If you want a guaranteed slot in the school, we strongly recommend our subscription model as slots are very limited.
What's involved in a taster session?
It is a 20 minute session where you get the opportunity to meet the tutor, see our facilities first hand, learn the basics, see how lessons run, discuss your interests, goals and be assessed on your current ability so the tutor knows how to tailor your future lessons to your specific needs.
How does a regular slot work?
We check the tutors diary with you to find a suitable available slot that you can attend weekly or biweekly. We then reserve that slot for you permanently so it is not bookable by anyone else. We then set up a monthly invoice, that you will receive on the 1st of the month. On the first one you receive, there is a payment link. Follow that link, fill out the form and you're all set up. We require a 7 days notice period to cancel your subscription. If there is any balance remaining, we will refund it to you.
Will I be charged for a lesson cancelled by the studio?
No, anytime the studio cancels a lesson (such as a bank holiday or no tutor available), we always put a credit on the following month's invoice. So if a lesson is missed in April, your credit will be on May's invoice.
I have booked my lesson online for a bank holiday but I've since seen you're closed, can I get a refund or reschedule?
Of course, we can move your lesson to another preferred date or give you a refund in full.
My regular lesson has been cancelled this week due to the bank holiday or no cover tutor is available whilst my regular tutor is away. What are my options?
We have three options for you. 1. We can attempt to reschedule if your regular tutor is available to do so. 2. We can reschedule the session with a cover tutor on another day. 3. We can put a credit on your next invoice.
We are away on holiday over half term so can't attend our regular lesson, can we please have a refund?
No sorry, we do not offer any refunds for missed sessions due to any reason of absence, illness, weather or holidays. You pay your subscription fee at the start of the month for a specific slot, whether you attend or not, this secures your slot and guarantees our tutors income. You would have to cancel your subscription and book ad hoc via our website if you do not wish to pay in full for a month you are on holiday. We can not guarantee that there will be any availability online if you choose to do this, nor can we guarantee your preferred slot will be available when you get back.
We are away on holiday, can we reschedule our lesson?
We will do our best to reschedule your session, if there is availability. Unfortunately if there isn't a suitable slot for you available, the lesson fee is forfeit.
